Does every member need to install the app on day one?

No. A club can start with the admin panel, member list, and attendance. Athletes join the app when you want to give them a training log, belt history, and notifications.

Do we have to move the full schedule and payments on day one?

No. Many academies start with members and attendance, then add schedule, fees, announcements, and more processes later.

What does an athlete see in the app?

Their training log, attendance, belt, club announcements, and key updates from staff. Club management stays on the academy side.

We already have a Messenger group - why another app?

Messenger is useful for chat, but it will not replace attendance, fees, belt history, or clean member data. Mativate keeps those processes in one place next to the communication you already use.

Who can see my members data?

Access depends on club roles. Before launch, we agree on data scope, retention, and access rules - then describe them in the privacy policy and B2B agreement.

Do athletes pay Mativate to use the club app?

No. The subscription is for the academy as an organization. Athletes use the app as part of membership in your club.

Are you GDPR-ready and where is data stored?

We use role-based access, data processing agreements, and clear retention rules in line with applicable regulations. DPA and infrastructure details are available at contact@mativate.app.
